Manchester City Roar their Way to the UCL Quarterfinals thanks to a Haaland Quintuple

Like a game written in the stars, Manchester City have shown who's boss of the UEFA Champions League after beating RB Leipzig 7-0 in a thrilling UCL Round of 16 Leg 2 match. What's more amazing is that 5 of City's goals came from star forward Erling Haaland; with the other two coming from Gundogan and Kevin de Bruyne. Man City now lead 8-1 on aggregate and will be proceeding to the UCL Quarterfinals.

A Goal Every Ten Minutes: Man City Roaring to the UCL Quarterfinals

Manchester City are in high gear. Thanks to a Haaland quintuple, they have bulldozed their way to the UEFA Champions League. City are playing like we've always expected them to: sturdy, strong, and sure of themselves. They scored a stunning six goals in 60 minutes, making it a goal for every ten minutes. With this kind of performance, I can now see Pep's boys lift the UCL title this season; if Real Madrid will allow it.

A Raging Haaland: 5 Goals for Stunning Man City Striker

Today's game against RB Leipzig was Haaland's game owing to the fact that he scored 5 times in the game. A whopping 5 times! It got to a point, after his fifth goal, that we started praying that he be subbed out for his own safety. Haha. Things had gotten so bad for Leipzig that we felt they could possibly take their frustration out on Haaland's leg.

The New G.O.A.T in Town

Erling Haaland is slowly but surely etching his name in the book of legends, and is quickly attaining G.O.A.T status. We wish him all the best and he may just be the bullet that Manchester City needs to win both the UEFA Champions League, and the English Premier League.

FC Porto Draw Inter Milan in a Goalless Deadlock

As for FC Porto vs Inter Milan, the game ended with the two teams deadlocked at 0-0 and neither scoring. It seems Romelu Lukaku was having a difficult time seeing the back of the net, as did Porto who were in for an "Italian defending masterclass" as per the game's commentators. Porto made very good attempts, especially in stoppage time, but it seems it just wasn't their night.

Inter Proceed to the UCL Quarterfinals

The two teams' aggregate scores are: FC Porto 0-1 Inter Milan, as Inter had beaten Porto in the first leg match of the UCL Round of 16. As such, Inter will be going to the UCL Quarterfinals and Porto will not. This will be the first time Inter Milan go to the UCL Quarterfinals in more than a decade,i.e since 2011.
