FA Cup Semi-Final Results: Manchester United Through to the FA Cup Finals

Manchester United were playing so sloppily again that they were held to a 0-0 draw by Southampton at the end of regular time and even after 30 minutes of extra time. Man Utd couldn't convert, despite some good efforts, pushing the game to a penalty shootout. The penalties were scored perfectly by both teams up to the sixth penalty where Brighton missed. Lindelof came in to score the 7th for Man Utd and he put it in, sealing their qualification to the FA Cup Finals.

Will Manchester City Win the FA Cup 2022-23?

To be honest, most likely yes. Manchester City are way ahead in terms of quality and form as compared to Manchester United and are, therefore, more likely to win the FA Cup 2022-23. Man Utd, on the other hand, are playing so poorly that their FA Cup Semi-Final match against Brighton was nothing short of a sloppy and boring 120 minutes. United were lucky to qualify for the final, thanks to one penalty miss by opponents Brighton.
