Manchester City dethroned Arsenal from the EPL's top spot by a single point after they beat Fulham 2-1. Erling Haaland opened the scoring for City with a penalty conversion in the 3rd minute with Julian Alvarez scoring City's second in the 36th minute. Fulham only managed a single-goal reply thanks to Carlos Vinicius who scored in the 15th minute.

An EPL Almost-Win for Manchester City

City's win gave them 3 crucial points and now puts them one point ahead of Arsenal propelling them to the top of Premier League Standings. As things stand, Man City still have one game in hand and may as well have already won the EPL 2022-23, given that they win that match and Arsenal loses all of their upcoming matches.

Going for Top Four: Man United Beat Aston Villa

Manchester United went on to beat Aston Villa 1-0 in EPL GW 34, securing three additional points, in a ploy to ensure they end up in the top four of the EPL this season. United were put ahead by a Bruno Fernandes strike in the 39th minute.

Man United remain fourth in EPL standings, now with 63 points, and are keen to protect their spot in the top four until the end of the season. Aston Villa, on the other hand, are in seventh place with 54 points.

Liverpool Secure Win as Tottenham Loses Out

In further EPL GW 34 results, Liverpool beat Tottenham 4-3 as 'The Reds' put in a very good effort to assert that they are not to be ruled out at all. Tottenham, despite losing out, put up a very good fight, ending the game at 4-3. Curtis Jones put Liverpool ahead in the 3rd minute, with Luis Diaz making it 2-0 in the 5th minute. Mohamed Salah went on to convert a penalty in the 15th minute with Diogo Jota sealing Liverpool's lead with his goal in stoppage time.

Tottenham's Dynamic Duo Strikes Again

On Tottenham's part, Harry Kane scored their first goal in the 39th minute, followed by the other half of the dynamic duo, Son Heung-Min who scored Spurs' second in the 77th minute. Richarlison went on to score their third in stoppage time, a minute before Jota broke the deadlock and won the game for Liverpool. Liverpool have now surpassed Spurs in the EPL Table and are in fifth place with 56 points while Tottenham follow in sixth place with 54 points.

Newcastle Continue their Fantastic Run

As if they were just waiting for the league to get to fever-pitch, Newcastle continued their fantastic run with a 3-1 win against Southampton. Newcastle have performed impeccably well of late and we are dumbfounded by how good a team they have become as the season progressed. Newcastle are now third in the EPL Table with 65 points, as Southampton remain in twentieth place, still with 24 points.

Newcastle's Callum Wilson scored a brace during their victory against Southampton in what has become an impressive fleury of goals by the forward. Callum Wilson scored his first in the 54th minute and followed it up with his second in the 81st minute. Newcastle's third goal was an own goal by Southampton's Theo Walcott. Southampton only managed a single reply goal, that was scored by Stuart Armstrong in the 41st minute.

Bournemouth Hammer Leeds United

In what is another tale of grass to grace, Bournemouth hammered Leeds United 4-1, in what is yet another impressive performance for the team. Leeds were overpowered and outplayed by Bournemouth, as the EPL morphs into a story of the underdogs prevailing. Bournemouth are now in thirteenth place in EPL Standings with 39 points, as Leeds United are in sixteenth place with 30 points.

Bournemouth's Jefferson Lerma scored a brace during the game, putting Bournemouth ahead. He scored his first goal in the 20th minute and went on to score his second just four minutes later. Dominic Solanke followed up Lerma's brace with his goal in the 63rd minute, making it three, with Antoine Semenyo scoring Bournemouth's fourth in stoppage time. Leeds United, on the other hand, only managed a single reply goal which was scored by Patrick Bamford in the 32nd minute.
