EPL GW 31 is almost coming to an end and has been a very action-packed weekend as Manchester United and Manchester City won their respective games, Arsenal had to settle for a draw, and Chelsea and Tottenham lost in their respective matchups. Here's how the weekend went down and these are the EPL GW 31 Results.

Manchester United Beat Nottingham Forest in a Solid Display of Form

Manchester United today beat Nottingham Forest 2-0, in what was a solid display of form from an otherwise slumpy United. 'The Red Devils' came in hot and didn't let up when push came to shove. Antony scored the opener for Man Utd in the 32nd minute with Diogo Dalot scoring the second in the 76th minute. Dalot's goal was his first in the Premier League. The win propels Man Utd to third in Premier League standings while Nottm Forest remain 18th and at risk of relegation.

John Stones scored the opener for City in the 5th minute, followed by a brace from Erling Haaland. Leicester only managed a single-goal reply thanks to Kelechi Iheanacho in the 75th minute.

Haaland the Goal Machine: Haaland Scores Yet Another Brace

Erling Haaland scored yet another brace in Man City's game against Leicester. Haaland first converted a penalty in the 13th minute, followed by a superb strike in the 25th minute to make it two for the football sensation. Haaland is perhaps the best purchase City have ever made in their club history. He's just a goal machine. Superb.

Arsenal Forced to Settle for a Draw as They Lose Momentum

Arsenal were today forced to settle on a 2-2 draw with West Ham after they gave away their 2-0 lead for the second time. They, however, let up in defense and this saw West Ham score two goals of their own.

West Ham Comeback Denies Arsenal Crucial 3 Points

Said Benrahma opened scoring for West Ham in the 33rd minute when he converted a penalty, with Jarrod Bowen scoring the second in the 54th minute. Both teams, therefore, took home a single point with Arsenal failing to take on the chance to put distance between itself and Manchester City in the Premier League Standings.
