Chelsea Trample Norwich City 7-0 in a Hard-Fought EPL Matchday 9

Chelsea crowned themselves a 7-0 win over Norwich City in a game that saw Mason Mount score a hat-trick. In what seemed like a cathedral of high-quality football, Chelsea’s Ben Chilwell, Reece James, and Callum Hudson-Odoi scored the three other goals for Chelsea with the last an own goal from Norwich City’s Max Aarons. The game was so well-played by Chelsea that they made Norwich even score an own goal. Thomas Tuchel’s tactical prowess was plain to see in Saturday’s game, in what was a historical loss for Norwich City.

Tuchel: A Man to Watch

Thomas Tuchel is a man to watch out for in both the EPL and UCL. Chelsea are no joke at the moment and if they can keep up the momentum, they could as well win both leagues. That is not to say that teams such as Liverpool and Manchester City are not hot on their heels. The competition between the three is heating up the league to a point where all games are a must-watch.

Even as the UEFA Champions League is still in the Group Stage, Chelsea are showing they have what it takes to defend their championship. A good part of this is the calamity that has befallen Barcelona with Messi’s departure and a below-expectation performance from PSG now that they have Messi. As it seems, having a star so big such as Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo helps, but is no guarantee for success.
