1st Major Trophy in 58 Years: West Ham Win the UEFA Conference League after Beating Fiorentina in Prague
In what is their 1st major European trophy in 58 years, West Ham have won the UEFA Conference League 22-23, after beating Fiorentina 2-1 in Prague. West Ham have now broken the ice so to speak, and are now energized as they enter the summer transfer window and shape a team for their next season in the Premier League.

West Ham Win the Conference League: 1st Major European Trophy in 58 Years for West Ham
West Ham have done impeccably well, winning the Conference League this season in what is their 1st major European trophy in 58 years. West Ham last won a European trophy back in 1965 when they won the Winners' Cup. They went on to be second in that cup in 1976. West Ham have now gotten to the Conference League final this year and have won the league. Bravo West Ham!

5 European Trophies for Emerson
Emerson Palmieri also becomes the first player to win all 5 European trophies. Emerson won the Europa League in the 2018/19 season, the UEFA Champions League in the 2020/21 season, and the Super Cup in 2021 with his former club Chelsea. Emerson also won the UEFA European Championship in 2020 with Italy (Football.London). He's now won the UEFA Conference League with West Ham.

First Major Trophy for Coach David Moyez
Today's win marks the first major trophy for West Ham manager David Moyez and is his first trophy in 25 years.
Moyez started coaching in 1998 and was super delighted after his team won the Conference League today.

Said Benrahma and Jarrod Bowen win the UECL for West Ham
Said Benrahma opened the scoring for West Ham in their UECL final win, with a penalty conversion in the 62nd minute. Giacomo Bonaventura equalized for Fiorentina in the 67th minute, but West Ham's Jarrod Bowen made a fantastic solo push to score the winning goal in the 90th minute; a leaf away from the long 8 minutes of injury time that followed. West Ham played really really well and we hope they'll bring the same fight back into the Premier League and represent East London fully.

Fiorentina Disappointed by Their UECL Final Loss to West Ham
